В статье представлено аналитическое исследование причин экономических циклов и кризисов в России 90-х гг. Охарактеризовано состояние экономики СССР, обозначено, что к началу 1990-х гг. в стране уже несколько лет плановая экономика претерпевала многообразные проблемы, но отсутствовали своевременные преобразования и реформы. Представлена сущность основных программ перехода России от плановой экономики к рыночной. Выделен трансформационный характер кризиса 1990-х гг. Обобщены и представлены исторические, адаптивные, ситуативные и субъективные «сигналы» для наступления экономического кризиса 1990-х гг. Выделено, что в России с 1992 г. по 1997 г. образовался без роста реального ВВП колоссальный объем фиктивного капитала, что привело к дефолту. Определено, что российский кризис 1992–1998 гг. — самое масштабное крушение экономики отдельно взятой страны в мирный период. Обозначено, что в течение 1992–1993 гг. 70 % государственной собственности было приватизировано. Выделены наиболее значимые причины экономического кризиса 90-х гг. Охарактеризованы реформы и меры по выходу из кризисов исследуемого периода. Проанализирована и проиллюстрирована динамика макроэкономических показателей за исследуемый период. Дана общая оценка экономического цикла России 90-х гг. Теоретическая значимость исследования состоит в обобщении аналитической информации по причинам экономических кризисов в России 90-х гг. В процессе анализа причин экономических циклов и кризисов в России 90-х гг. выделены их особенности, представлены основные предпосылки и «сигналы», указывающие на необходимость модификации экономической системы исследуемого периода.
The article presents an analytical study of the causes of economic cycles and crises in Russia in the 90s. The state of the USSR economy is characterized, it is indicated that by the early 1990s the planned economy in the country had been undergoing various problems for several years, but there were no timely transformations and reforms. The essence of the main Programs of Russia's transition from a planned economy to a market economy is presented. The transformational nature of the crisis of the 1990s is highlighted. Historical, adaptive, situational and subjective «signals» for the onset of the economic crisis of the 1990s are summarized and presented. It is highlighted that in Russia from 1992 to 1997, a huge amount of fictitious capital was formed without real GDP growth, which led to default. It is determined that the Russian crisis of 1992–1998 is the largest collapse of the economy of a single country during the peaceful period. It is indicated that during 1992–1993, 70 % of state property was privatized. The most significant causes of the economic crisis of the 90s are highlighted. The effect of reforms and measures to overcome the crises of the studied period is characterized. The dynamics of macroeconomic indicators for the period under study is analyzed and illustrated. A general assessment of the economic cycle of Russia in the 90s is given. Conclusions are presented. The theoretical significance of the study consists in summarizing analytical information on the causes of economic crises in Russia in the 90s. Practical significance. In the process of analyzing the causes of economic cycles and crises in Russia in the 90s, their features are highlighted, the main prerequisites and «signals» indicating the need to modify the economic system of the period under study are presented.
