В условиях повсеместного распространения технологий и формирования новой парадигмы конкуренции государств в цифровой экономике значимую роль играют цифровая трансформация промышленных предприятий и развитие их инновационного потенциала как возможностей формирования более гибких стратегий производства и обновления бизнес-процессов в ответ на вызовы внешней среды. Инструменты обеспечения цифровой трансформации в значительной степени определяются потребностями цифровой экономики, которые связаны с интеграцией отдельных бизнес-функций, процессов и моделей в единую экосистему, которая включает многих участников экономики, а именно государственные структуры, отдельные предприятия, научное сообщество, образовательные учреждения и представителей гражданского общества. Однако успех внедрения цифровых технологий зависит от значительного числа факторов и условий, формируемых как внутри предприятия, так и во внешнем деловом окружении, в связи с чем, возрастает актуальность определения эффективного инструмента цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий для повышения международной конкурентоспособности государства. В связи с ростом цифровизации процессов промышленных предприятий обеспечение эффективного механизма реализации цифровой трансформации выступает актуальной экономической проблемой повышения конкурентоспособности государства. В статье рассмотрены вопросы эффективности использования цифровых платформ как инструмента цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий. Показаны различные подходы к определению цифровой платформы, а также отличительные особенности государственных цифровых платформ от частных по различным параметрам. Авторы акцентировали внимание на цифровые инновационные экосистемы и их способность в обеспечении реализации дополнительных задач по оптимизации традиционных объединений участников инновационного процесса с помощью цифровой среды.
In the context of the widespread spread of technologies and the formation of a new paradigm of state competition in the digital economy, the digital transformation of industrial enterprises and the development of their innovative potential as opportunities for the formation of more flexible production strategies and updating business processes in response to the challenges of the external environment play a significant role. The tools for ensuring digital transformation are largely determined by the needs of the digital economy, which are associated with the integration of individual business functions, processes and models into a single ecosystem that includes many participants in the economy, namely government agencies, individual enterprises, the scientific community, educational institutions and representatives of civil society. However, the success of the introduction of digital technologies depends on a significant number of factors and conditions formed both inside the enterprise and in the external business environment, and therefore, the relevance of determining an effective tool for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises to increase the international competitiveness of the state increases. Due to the growing digitalization of industrial enterprises' processes, ensuring an effective mechanism for implementing digital transformation is an urgent economic problem of increasing the competitiveness of the state. The article discusses the issues of the effectiveness of using digital platforms as a tool for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises. Various approaches to the definition of a digital platform are shown, as well as the distinctive features of public digital platforms from private ones in various parameters. The authors focused on digital innovation ecosystems and their ability to ensure the implementation of additional tasks to optimize traditional associations of participants in the innovation process using the digital environment.
