Статья исследует перспективы применения и развития интеллектуальных цепочек поставок в компании China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd. — ведущей логистической компании Китая. Основное внимание уделяется оценке результатов деятельности компании, географии логистических потоков и цифровизации цепочек поставок. Исследование, проведенное на основе данных из различных источников, включая финансовые отчеты компании, журналы и новостные статьи, позволяет понять, как Китай расширяет свою международную логистику и цепочку поставок в условиях глобализации. На основе анализа финансовых результатов деятельности China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd. за 2019–2023 годы описывается успешная стратегия компании, основанная на синергии портового и судоходного бизнеса. Компания также активно инвестирует в свою глобальную сеть обслуживания, создавая интегрированную экосистему логистических услуг и цепочек поставок мирового уровня. Особое внимание уделяется развитию зарубежных складов и мультимодальных перевозок. Описаны особенности цифровой цепочки поставок SynCon Hub, в частности: создание полной цепочки продуктов, прозрачность логистических процессов, интеллектуальное обслуживание клиентов, универсальность. Установлено, что внедрение компанией цифровой цепочки поставок SynCon Hub в 2022 году позволило оптимизировать и обновить продуктовые сегменты, обеспечивая прозрачность, интеллектуальное обслуживание клиентов и предоставить универсальные логистические решения. Исследование успешного опыта применения сервисов интеллектуальных цепочек поставок China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd. предоставляет новые перспективы для реформирования деятельности государственных логистических компаний Китая. В рамках заявленной китайскими властями реформы государственных предприятий, данный пример трансформации видится актуальным и применимым в практической деятельности.

The article explores the prospects for the application and development of intelligent supply chains in China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd., a leading logistics company in China. The main focus is on evaluating the company’s performance, the geography of logistics flows, and the digitization of supply chains. The research, based on data from various sources, including financial reports, journals, and news articles, sheds light on how China is expanding its international logistics and supply chain in the context of globalization. Drawing from an analysis of China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd.'s financial results from 2019 to 2023, the article describes the company’s successful strategy based on synergy between port and shipping businesses. The company actively invests in its global service network, creating an integrated ecosystem of logistics services and world-class supply chains. Special attention is given to the development of overseas warehouses and multimodal transportation. The features of the SynCon Hub digital supply chain are outlined, including end-to-end product visibility, transparent logistics processes, intelligent customer service and versatility. The implementation of the SynCon Hub digital supply chain in 2022 optimized and refreshed product segments, ensuring transparency, intelligent customer service and universal logistics solutions. The study of successful experiences with intelligent supply chain services at China COSCO Shipping Co., Ltd. provides new perspectives for reforming state-owned logistics companies in China. Within the framework of China’s declared reform of state-owned enterprises, this transformation example appears relevant and applicable in practical operations.
