В настоящей статье рассматривается комплекс вопросов, которые относятся к проблематике оценки ресурсного обеспечения экономического развития. Анализируются современные условия и турбулентности социально-экономического состояния мировой экономики и торговли, а также их влияния на экономику Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются современные подходы к оценке ресурсного обеспечения, в частности ведение кадастров и бюджетное планирование, делается вывод о недостаточности данным механизмов для обеспечения устойчивого развития социально-экономического субъекта. Предлагается использовать модель конкуренции Лотки-Вольтерры для описания системы взаимоотношений потребляющей и потребляемой системами в экономической среде. Модель была предложена Витторио Лоткой и Альфредом Вольтеррой в начале двадцатого века для описания взаимодействия между двумя видами в естественной среде и является одной из базовых концепций для понимания динамики численности живых видов. В статье также даются пояснения относительно механизмов формирования мальтузианского параметра. Анализируются основные положения мальтузианской теории, представляется исторические факты её формирования. Представляется модель расчётов коэффициентов враждебности и определяется взаимосвязь между определением критических значений факторов через определение критических параметров ресурсов, которые можно получить, задавая целевые параметры потребляющей системы в рамках использования модели Лотки-Вольтерры. Делается вывод о применимости модели Лотки-Вольтерры для определения критических значений факторов в рамках расчёта коэффициентов враждебности ресурсного обеспечения. В статье даётся обоснование использования модели Лотки-Вольтерры с позиции концепции устойчивого развития.
This article is about a set of issues that relate to the problems of assessing the resource provision of economic development. The article analyzes the current conditions and turbulence of the socio-economic state of the world economy and trade, as well as their impact on the economy of the Russian Federation. Modern approaches to assessing resource provision are considered, in particular, inventory management and budget planning, and it is concluded that these mechanisms are insufficient to ensure the sustainable development of a socio-economic entity. It is proposed to use the Lotka-Volterra competition model to describe the system of relationships between consuming and consumed systems in the economic environment. The model was proposed by Vittorio Lotka and Alfred Volterra in the early twentieth century to describe the interaction between two species in the natural environment and is one of the basic concepts for understanding the dynamics of the number of living species. The article also provides explanations on the mechanisms of formation of the Malthusian parameter. The main provisions of the Malthusian theory are analyzed, the historical facts of its formation are presented. A model for calculating hostility coefficients is presented and the relationship between determining the critical values of factors is determined by determining the critical parameters of resources that can be obtained by setting the target parameters of the consuming system within the framework of using the Lotka-Volterra model. The conclusion is made about the applicability of the Lotka-Volterra model for determining the critical values of factors in the calculation of the hostility coefficients of resource provision. The article provides a justification for using the Lotka-Volterra model from the perspective of the concept of sustainable development.
