Данная статья посвящена анализу управления финансового механизма управления финансовыми результатами организации в условиях современных вызовов. Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена тем, что в современной экономике постоянно возникают новые вызовы, которые требуют от компаний особого внимания к управлению своими финансами для повышения конкурентоспособности. Особую роль в этом процессе играют инструменты финансового механизма управления финансовыми результатами организации, которые позволяют не только правильно распределять имеющиеся денежные ресурсы, но и контролировать расходы, обеспечивая тем самым более эффективное финансовое управление. Все это, в свою очередь, позволяет предприятию усиливать свое положение на рынке с целью создания и продажи новых продуктов. В данной статье определена сущность финансовых результатов организации и финансового механизма управления ими, рассмотрены основные инструменты финансового механизма управления финансовыми результатами организации, разработаны актуальные современным реалиям инструменты финансового механизма управления финансовыми результатами организации. В статье указано, что в экономической политике текущий год обещает быть непростым, когда основное внимание будет уделено балансировке между такими сложными аспектами, как снижение рисков рецессии и борьба с инфляцией. Также, власти столкнутся с необходимостью поддерживать экономику через государственные программы на фоне стремления к сокращению бюджетных расходов и в то же время стимулировать постепенное возвращение к нормальной рыночной ситуации, что включает в себя пересмотр льгот и поддержки конкретных секторов. В связи с этим автором для адаптации к трудностям современной экономики рекомендуется разработка комплексных инструментов финансового механизма управления финансовыми результатами организации, включающих стратегическое планирование различных экономических сценариев, оптимизацию капиталовложений, управление рисками, ликвидностью, налоговым планированием, а также технологическое обновление финансовых процессов и управление персоналом. Каждый из предложенных инструментов должен быть интегрирован в общую финансовую стратегию организации, что позволит обеспечить ее долгосрочную стабильность и гибкость в условиях, когда экономические вызовы требуют особого внимания к адаптивности и устойчивости.
This article is devoted to the development of tools of financial mechanism of management of financial results of the organization in the conditions of modern challenges. The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the fact that in the modern economy new challenges constantly arise, which require companies to pay special attention to the management of their finances to improve competitiveness. A special role in this process is played by the tools of the financial mechanism for managing the financial results of the organization, which allow not only to correctly distribute the available monetary resources, but also to control costs, thus ensuring more effective financial management. All this, in turn, allows the enterprise to strengthen its position in the market in order to create and sell new products. This article defines the essence of financial results of the organization and financial mechanism of their management, considers the main tools of the financial mechanism of financial results management of the organization, develops the tools of the financial mechanism of financial results management of the organization relevant to modern realities. The article indicates that in economic policy the current year promises to be difficult, when the main attention will be paid to balancing between such difficult aspects as reducing the risks of recession and fighting inflation. Also, the authorities will be faced with the need to support the economy through government programs amid the drive to reduce budget expenditures and at the same time stimulate a gradual return to market normality, which includes a review of benefits and support for specific sectors. In this regard, the author recommends, in order to adapt to the difficulties of the modern economy, the development of comprehensive tools of the financial mechanism for managing the financial results of the organization, including strategic planning of various economic scenarios, optimization of capital investments, risk management, liquidity management, tax planning, as well as technological upgrading of financial processes and personnel management. Each of the proposed tools should be integrated into the overall financial strategy of the organization, which will ensure its long-term stability and flexibility in conditions when economic challenges require special attention to adaptability and sustainability.
