В современном мире всё больше внимание уделяется проблеме экологии, влиянию человеческой деятельности на окружающую среду, а также последствию вмешательств в созданную природой экосистему. Зачастую действия людей приводят к загрязнению и разрушению природной среды и общему ухудшению экологической ситуации на планете Земля. Для того чтобы контролировать ситуацию и не допустить дальнейшего её ухудшения человечество принимает необходимые меры. Одной из таких является «зеленый» банкинг — деятельность банковского сектора, направленная на финансирование проектов по улучшению экологической обстановки. Вопросы экологии в современном мире являются одним из наиболее важных направлений в развитии экономики, промышленности и предпринимательства. Экономические субъекты, в том числе крупные корпорации, государства, стремятся к сохранению окружающей среды и заботе об экологии. Для этого применяются различные меры поддержки бизнеса и домохозяйств, а также различные финансовые инструменты. Одним из таких является «зеленый» банкинг. В настоящей работе рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с развитием «зеленого» банкинга. Определена сущность «зеленого» банкинга, описаны основные инструменты, используемые в данном направлении банковской деятельности и рассмотрены перспективы развития этих инструментов. В результате исследования были определены главные инструменты «зеленой» банковской деятельности, доля их использования в экономике, а также основные направления деятельности «зеленых» банков. Определены два наиболее важных и распространенных инструмента — «зеленые» облигации и кредиты, а также проведено сравнение состояния «зеленого» банкинга в России и других странах.
In the modern world, more and more attention is being paid to the problem of ecology, the impact of human activity on the environment, as well as the consequences of interventions in the ecosystem created by nature. Often, human actions lead to pollution and destruction of the natural environment and a general deterioration of the ecological situation on planet Earth. In order to control the situation and prevent its further deterioration, humanity is taking the necessary measures. One of these is «green» banking, an activity of the banking sector aimed at financing projects to improve the environmental situation. Environmental issues in the modern world are one of the most important areas in the development of the economy, industry and entrepreneurship. Economic entities, including large corporations and states, strive to preserve the environment and take care of the environment. To do this, various measures are used to support businesses and households, as well as various financial instruments. One of these is «green» banking. This paper discusses issues related to the development of «green» banking. The essence of «green» banking is defined, the main tools used in this area of banking activity are described and the prospects for the development of these tools are considered. As a result of the study, the main instruments of «green» banking activity, the share of their use in the economy, as well as the main activities of «green» banks were identified. Two of the most important and widespread instruments have been identified — «green» bonds and loans, and a comparison of the state of «green» banking in Russia and other countries has been carried out.
