Статья посвящена проблеме управления компаниями, осуществляющими экономическую деятельность в сфере информационных технологий. В качестве важнейшего сегмента ИТ-сектора рассматриваются компании-разработчики программного обеспечения. Цель исследования состояла в выявлении особенностей управления компаниями-разработчиками программного обеспечения, обеспечивающими цифровую трансформацию современной предприятий и организаций различных отраслей экономики. Методология проведенного исследования основана на применении анализа, обобщения, систематизации научной литературы, а также практики работы ИТ-компаний. Дано определение компаний-разработчиков программного обеспечения и показано, что в основе управления ими лежит цикл разработки программного обеспечения, жизненный цикл программного продукта и выбранная методология разработки. Проведена структуризация компаний-разработчиков программного обеспечения по типу производимой продукции и оказываемым информационно-технологическим услугам. На основе анализа выполняемых персоналом функций выявлены типовые иерархическая и матричная организационные структуры компаний-разработчиков программного обеспечения. Показаны достоинства и недостатки каждого типа организационных структур. Основные положения и выводы развивают область знаний о структуре ИТ-сектора современной экономики и направлениях повышения эффективности управления важнейшей ее составляющей — компаниями РПО с целью ускорения цифровой трансформации предприятий и отраслей. Полученные результаты могут быть применены в области стандартизации видов экономической деятельности, при разработке государственных программ в сфере цифровизации и формировании стратегии развития компаний ИТ-сектора. Направления дальнейших исследований авторы видят в изучении факторов, оказывающих влияние на эффективность управления компаниями-разработчиками программного обеспечения для повышения уровня цифровой зрелости предприятий и отраслей, развития экономики и повышения качества жизни российских граждан.
The article is devoted to the problem of management of companies engaged in economic activities in the field of information technology. Software development companies are considered as the most important segment of the IT sector. The purpose of the study was to identify the management features of software development companies that ensure the digital transformation of modern enterprises and organizations in various sectors of the economy. The methodology of the research is based on the application of analysis, generalization, systematization of scientific literature, as well as the practice of IT companies. The definition of software development companies is given and it is shown that their management is based on the software development cycle, the software product lifecycle and the chosen development methodology. The structuring of software development companies according to the type of products produced and information technology services provided has been carried out. Based on the analysis of the functions performed by the staff, typical hierarchical and matrix organizational structures of software development companies have been identified. The advantages and disadvantages of each type of organizational structures are shown. The main provisions and conclusions develop the field of knowledge about the structure of the IT sector of the modern economy and the ways to improve the management efficiency of its most important component — RPO companies in order to accelerate the digital transformation of enterprises and industries. The results obtained can be applied in the field of standardization of economic activities, in the development of state programs in the field of digitalization and the formation of a strategy for the development of IT sector companies. The authors see the directions of further research in the study of factors influencing the management efficiency of software companies to increase the level of digital maturity of enterprises and industries, economic development and improving the quality of life of Russian citizens.
