Время — неотъемлемый ресурс в строительстве. Зачастую неправильный и нерациональный подход к документообороту приводит к потере драгоценного аспекта. Тем самым единственный вариант оптимизации процессов, избавления от временных, трудовых затрат и бумажной работы — цифровизация документооборота в строительстве. Процесс электронного обмена документами в строительной компании значительно влияет на сроки завершения строительства, а также на сокращение затрат и расходов, которые были при бумажном. В статье рассмотрена актуальность внедрения системы электронного документооборота в строительную отрасль. В частности, значимость применения электронного формата документации при ведении одного из самых ключевых, важных и объемных этапов строительства — исполнительной документации. В настоящее время существуют сложности при ведении исполнительной документации классическим бумажным методом. Вызваны данные проблемы устаревшим подходом к формированию исполнительно-технической документации, заключающимся в длительном подписании, большом количестве печатной бумаги, заполнению общих и специальных журналов ведения работ вручную, частой перевозке бумажных носителей, затяжной проверке. Авторами рассмотрены предпосылки к переходу на систему электронного документооборота при комплектации исполнительной документации, выделена нормативная база, разработанная специально для данного процесса и позволяющая отказаться от бумажного носителя. Принятие и утверждение стандарта, устанавливающего требования при формировании исполнительной документации в строительстве стало важным шагом для перехода на цифровой документооборот. Также в статье произведен анализ и сравнение ведения исполнительной документации в электронном и бумажном виде. Выявлены риски, способствующие негативно влиять на внедрение электронного документооборота при формировании исполнительной документации.
Time is an indispensable resource in construction. Often, an incorrect and irrational approach to the workflow results in the loss of a precious aspect. Thus the only way to optimize processes, getting rid of time, labor and paperwork — digitalization of the workflow in construction. The electronic document exchange process at the construction company has a significant impact on the construction completion date, as well as the reduction of costs and expenses that were at the paper. The article considers urgency of introduction of electronic document circulation system in the construction industry. In particular, the importance of using an electronic format of documentation when conducting one of the most important and voluminous stages of construction — executive documentation. At present, there are difficulties in the management of executive documentation classic paper method. These problems are caused by an outdated approach to the formation of executive and technical documentation, consisting in long signing, large quantities of printed paper, filling general and special logs of manual work, frequent transportation of paper media, protracted inspection. The authors considered the prerequisites for the transition to the electronic document management system at the completion of executive documentation, allocated a regulatory framework developed specifically for this process and allowing to abandon paper. The adoption and approval of a standard establishing requirements for the production of executive documents in construction was an important step in the transition to digital document circulation. Also, the article analyzes and compares the maintenance of executive documentation in electronic and paper form. The risks that contribute to the negative impact on the introduction of electronic workflow at the formation of executive documentation have been identified.
