В статье проведен обзор и представлены результата анализа мирового рынка аутсорсинговых услуг. Для достижения цели статьи были реализованы следующие методы: анализа и синтеза, индукции и дедукции; статистического анализа; графического метода. Авторами акцентировано внимание на том, что сегодня клиенты ожидают инновационных услуг от своих поставщиков управляемых услуг, особенно с учетом того, что в значительной степени были достигнуты улучшения за счет совершенствования процессов. Этим трансформационным требованиям способствуют достижения в области технологий и соответствующие «сдвиги» в процессах. Новыми требованиями, наряду со снижением затрат, являются инновационность, креативность, командное взаимодействие, прогнозирование, что повлечет развитие и диверсификацию аутсорсинговых услуг. На основе исследования показателей деятельности крупнейших аутсорсинговых компаний мира авторами подтвержден прогноз развития отрасли до 2027 г. Изучение рейтинга стран по степени привлекательности для аутсорсинга бизнес-услуг позволило установить ключевые особенности рынка аутсорсинговых услуг Индии, Китая, Филиппин, Великобритании и Канады. Определено, что основной тенденцией в деятельности современных компаний является максимальный аутсорсинг собственных ИТ услуг и бизнес процессов. При этом доказано, что рынок аутсорсинговых услуг продолжит свою быструю адаптацию для удовлетворения и во многих случаях предвосхищения требований заказчика.
The article reviews and presents the results of the analysis of the global outsourcing services market. To achieve the purpose of the article, the following methods were implemented: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; statistical analysis; graphical method. The authors focus on the fact that today customers expect innovative services from their managed service providers, especially given that improvements have largely been achieved through process improvement. These transformational requirements are facilitated by advances in technology and corresponding "shifts" in processes. New requirements, along with cost reduction, are innovation, creativity, teamwork, forecasting, which will entail the development and diversification of outsourcing services. Based on this, based on the performance indicators of the largest outsourcing companies in the world, the forecast for the development of the industry until 2027 has been confirmed. The study of the ranking of countries by the degree of attractiveness for outsourcing business services allowed us to establish the key advantages of the outsourcing services market in India. The features of the outsourcing services market in China, the Philippines, the UK and Canada are considered. Despite the fact that the regulatory framework is being transformed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, it is impossible to miss the benefits that the development of the outsourcing services market can bring. It is determined that the main trend in the activities of modern companies is the maximum outsourcing of their own IT services and business processes. At the same time, it is proved that the outsourcing services market will continue its rapid adaptation to meet and in many cases anticipate the customer's requirements.
