В рамках настоящей научной публикации авторами исследуется вопрос обеспечения экономической безопасности организации за счет грамотного выстраивания операционной, инвестиционной и финансовой стратегий. Авторы ставят перед собой цель определения взаимосвязи между указанными видами стратегий организации. В первую очередь в статье анализируются разные подходы к определению сущности стратегии. Авторы акцентируют внимание на том факте, что в большинстве случаев стратегии всех типов разрабатываются на долгосрочную перспективу, корректируются исходя из структурных изменений рыночной конъюнктуры. В исследовании была также проанализирована взаимосвязь корпоративной, деловой и функциональной стратегий организации, которые свойственны крупным организациям. Было выявлено, что взаимосвязь между тремя уровнями осуществляется по иерархическому принципу, при этом процесс формирования иерархии стратегий может быть различным. По мнению авторов, общая стратегия компании должна концентрироваться на ее сильных и слабых сторонах и через функциональные стратегии стремиться к максимизации первых и к устранению последних. Важно понимать, что современные бизнес-реалии предполагают, что все функциональные стратегии без исключения имеют одинаковый паритет, а значит тесно взаимоувязаны между собой. Авторы убеждены в том, что компания с помощью операционной, финансовой и инвестиционной стратегии в полной мере реализует свой потенциал. В статье определены элементы, из которых состоит система главных функциональных стратегий организации. Авторы акцентируют внимание на том, что оптимальность взаимосвязи функциональных стратегий организации обеспечивается максимальным их отражением при формулировке особенностей внутренней и внешней среды, сильных и слабых сторон предприятия.
Within the framework of the presented research, the author examines the issue of ensuring the economic security of an organization through the competent alignment of operational, investment and financial strategies. The author aims to determine the relationship between these types of organizational strategies. First of all, the article analyzes different approaches to determining the essence of the strategy. The author focuses on the fact that in most cases, strategies of all types are developed for the long term, adjusted based on structural changes in market conditions. The study also analyzed the relationship between corporate, business and functional strategies of the organization, which are characteristic of large organizations. It was revealed that the relationship between the three levels is carried out according to a hierarchical principle, while the process of forming a hierarchy of strategies may be different. According to the author, the company's overall strategy should focus on its strengths and weaknesses and, through functional strategies, strive to maximize the former and eliminate the latter. It is important to understand that modern business realities assume that all functional strategies, without exception, have the same parity, and therefore are closely interrelated. The author is convinced that the company is fully realizing its potential with the help of an operational, financial and investment strategy. The article defines the elements that make up the system of the main functional strategies of the organization. The author focuses on the fact that the optimality of the relationship between the functional strategies of the organization is ensured by their maximum reflection in the formulation of the characteristics of the internal and external environment, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise.
