Целью данной работы выступает выявление факторов и условий влияния отраслевых рисков на экономическую безопасность предприятия на примере агропромышленного комплекса. Автором была рассмотрен специфика агропромышленного комплекса, его ключевые характеристики, а также выделены риски влияния, которые подразделяются на внешние и внутренние. В работе было рассмотрено понятие экономической безопасности, а также определена главная цель экономической безопасности хозяйствующего субъекта — обеспечение его максимально устойчивой и эффективной деятельности в настоящее время и в будущем. Кроме того, автором было отдельно определено понятия экономической безопасности агропредприятия для более комплексной оценки отраслевых рисков. В работе был проведен анализ составляющих экономической безопасности агропредприятий, от которых сильнее всего зависит эффективность деятельность предприятия, а именно: финансовой, интеллектуальной и кадровой, технико-технологической, информационной, политико-правовой, силовой, экологической и ветеринарной. Автором были выделены и описаны индикаторы оценки экономической безопасности агропредприятий для использования возможности определения проблемных аспектов; были выделены следующие критерии: финансовый; кадровый; технико-технологический; правовой; информационный; экологический и ветеринарный; силовой. Автором также была описана классификация возможных уровней экономической безопасности с позиции их этапов: стабильного, предкризисного, кризисного и критического. В работе была обоснована важность формирования и развития механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности агропредприятия. В связи с этим были рассмотрены факторы, влияющие на появление рисков, и разделены на 2 группы (внутренние факторы, которые возникают в процессе хозяйственной деятельности агропредприятия; внешние факторы, существующие за пределами компании). В заключении автором была подтверждена важность изучения отраслевых рисков в агропромышленном комплексе.
The purpose of this work is to identify the factors and conditions for the influence of industry risks on the economic security of an enterprise using the example of the agro-industrial complex. The author considered the specifics of the agro-industrial complex, its key characteristics, and identified the risks of influence, which are divided into external and internal. The paper considered the concept of economic security, and also determined the main goal of the economic security of an economic entity — ensuring its most stable and efficient activities at the present time and in the future. In addition, the author separately defined the concepts of economic security of an agricultural enterprise for a more comprehensive assessment of industry risks. The paper analyzes the components of the economic security of agricultural enterprises, on which the efficiency of the enterprise depends most of all, namely: financial, intellectual and personnel, technical and technological, information, political and legal, power, environmental and veterinary. The author identified and described indicators for assessing the economic security of agricultural enterprises to use the possibility of identifying problematic aspects; the following criteria were identified: financial; personnel; technical and technological; legal; informational; ecological and veterinary; power. The author also described the classification of possible levels of economic security in terms of their stages: stable, pre-crisis, crisis and critical. The paper substantiated the importance of the formation and development of a mechanism for ensuring the economic security of an agricultural enterprise. In this regard, the factors influencing the emergence of risks were considered and divided into 2 groups (internal factors that arise in the course of the economic activity of the agricultural enterprise; external factors that exist outside the company). In conclusion, the author confirmed the importance of studying sectoral risks in the agro-industrial complex.
