Российская экономика отличается нестабильностью и резкими изменениями, которые происходят в том числе из-за недостаточного внимания к вопросам развития малого и среднего предпринимательства, в связи с этим в данной статье рассматриваются особенности управления организациями фитнес-индустрии. Автор убежден в том, что исследование организаций фитнес-индустрии на предмет наличия антикризисного управления и качества его исполнения является одной из ключевых задач, которые могут поспособствовать поддержке МСП в непростые времена. Автор также акцентирует внимание на том, что важнейшим фактором ускорения рыночных преобразований и обеспечения благосостояния граждан является малое предпринимательство в силу его человеческого потенциала, запаса идей, масштабу рынка, который он способен освоить. В статье отмечено, что организациям фитнес-индустрии, в отличие от крупных, присуща высокая маневренность, быстрая реакция на спрос, перспектива быстрого внедрения новых технологий. Автором была проанализирована структура организаций фитнес-индустрии России по отраслям, а также выделены их характеристики, дополняющие юридическое определение. Было установлено, что в России в настоящее время организации фитнес-индустрии чаще всего представлены фитнес клубами и предприятиями, занятыми в операциях с предоставлением услуг спортивного досуга. Автор утверждает, что для качественного антикризисного управления необходимо правильно выделять причины и факторы, приводящие к неплатежеспособности организаций фитнес-индустрии. В работе были выделены основные показатели финансового состояния организаций фитнес-индустрии, а также определены факторы, влияющие на платежеспособность организации фитнес-индустрии. Отдельное внимание уделено рассмотрению методов и особенностей финансового анализа организаций фитнес-индустрии, поскольку именно он играет огромную роль в механизме принятия управленческих решений.
The Russian economy is characterized by instability and drastic changes, which occur, among other things, due to insufficient attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses; in this regard, this article discusses the features of managing organizations in the fitness industry. The author is convinced that researching fitness industry organizations for the presence of crisis management and the quality of its execution is one of the key tasks that can help support SMEs in difficult times. The author also focuses on the fact that the most important factor in accelerating market transformations and ensuring the well-being of citizens is small business due to its human potential, stock of ideas, and the scale of the market that it is capable of mastering. The article notes that organizations in the fitness industry, unlike large ones, are characterized by high maneuverability, quick response to demand, and the prospect of rapid implementation of new technologies. The author analyzed the structure of organizations in the Russian fitness industry by industry, and also highlighted their characteristics that complement the legal definition. It was found that in Russia at present, fitness industry organizations are most often represented by fitness clubs and enterprises engaged in operations providing sports and leisure services. The author argues that for high-quality crisis management it is necessary to correctly identify the causes and factors leading to the insolvency of fitness industry organizations. The work highlighted the main indicators of the financial condition of fitness industry organizations, and also identified factors influencing the solvency of a fitness industry organization. Special attention is paid to the consideration of methods and features of financial analysis of organizations in the fitness industry, since it plays a huge role in the mechanism for making management decisions.
