В статье установлено, что в социально-экономических системах технико-экономические отношения возникают как между индивидуумами, производящими товары и услуги, так и между ними и средствами производства; отношения экономической собственности возникают между собственниками средств производства, а также между ними и наемными работниками; организационно-экономические отношения являются промежуточным звеном между ними и в совокупности составляют производственные отношения. Установлена взаимосвязь экономических и социальных составляющих результативности и эффективности социально-экономической системы с технико-экономическими, организационно-экономическими и отношениями экономической собственности. Отмечено, что от технико-экономических отношений зависит экономическая результативность и эффективность, критериями которых являются объем выпущенных товаров и услуг и чистая прибыль, полученная от их реализации. Уточнено, что от этих отношений зависит и социальная результативность и эффективность, критериями которых выступают объем потребленных индивидуумами товаров и услуг и их сбережения. Авторы отмечают, что экономическая и социальная эффективности являются синтетическими характеристиками процесса производства, распределения, обмена и потребления, поскольку включает в себя соответствующие критерии результативности. Между экономической и социальной эффективностью объективно существует дисбаланс, что, по мнению авторов, обусловлено главными социально-экономическими противоречиями. Это главные социально-экономические противоречия. Аргументировано, что по сбалансированности этих эффективностей можно судить об уровне социально-экономических противоречий. Обосновано, что критерием сбалансированности экономической и социальной результативности и эффективности является сберегаемая часть доходов индивидуумов, которая остается после затрат на конечное потребление. Аргументировано, что средняя и предельная склонность индивидуумов к потреблению и сбережению выступают статическими и динамическими показателями уровня социально-экономических противоречий.
The article establishes that in socio-economic systems, technical and economic relations arise both between individuals producing goods and services, and between them and the means of production; economic property relations arise between the owners of the means of production, as well as between them and employees; organizational and economic relations are an intermediate link between them and together constitute production relations. The relationship between the economic and social components of the effectiveness and efficiency of the socio-economic system with the technical, economic, organizational, economic and economic property relations has been established. It is noted that economic performance and efficiency depend on technical and economic relations, the criteria of which are the volume of goods and services produced and the net profit received from their sale. It is clarified that both social performance and efficiency depend on these relations, the criteria of which are the volume of goods and services consumed by individuals and their savings. The authors note that economic and social efficiency are synthetic characteristics of the process of production, distribution, exchange and consumption, since it includes the relevant performance criteria. There is objectively an imbalance between economic and social efficiency, which, according to the authors, is due to the main socio-economic contradictions. These are the main socio-economic contradictions. It is argued that the balance of these efficiencies can be used to judge the level of socio-economic contradictions. It is substantiated that the criterion for balancing economic and social performance and efficiency is the saved part of the income of individuals, which remains after the cost of final consumption. It is argued that the average and marginal propensity of individuals to consume and save are static and dynamic indicators of the level of socio-economic contradictions.
