В статье рассматриваются особенности развития внешнеэкономических связей Российской Федерации с регионами глобального Юга в условиях трансформации мировой экономики. Смена существующей парадигмы мирового экономического устройства, обусловленная структурным кризисом миропорядка в целом, определила основной вектор развития внешних связей России. На сегодняшний день ключевыми партнерами для нашей страны являются различные страны Азии, Африки и Латино-Карибской Америки, вместе образующие глобальный Юг. Большой ресурсный потенциал африканского континента в совокупности с общим низким уровнем экономического развития национальных экономик, цивилизационно-культурная близость со странами Латинской Америки, а также сверхдинамичное развитие азиатских государств в совокупности требуют продуманного специфического подхода при выстраивании отношений с каждым из регионов мирового большинства. Автором выделены основные направления возможного укрепления сотрудничества с этими регионами, а также обозначено стремление других крупных мировых держав и интеграционных объединений к распространению своего влияния и укрепления позиций на рынках Азии, Африки и Латино-Карибской Америки. В статье подчеркивается, что взаимодействие России со странами мирового большинства должно развиваться на взаимовыгодной основе, учитывать интересы партнеров. В заключении автором сформулирован вывод о необходимости выработки стратегии комплексного развития внешнеэкономических отношений с регионами глобального Юга, что в конечном итоге позволит Российской Федерации преодолеть текущие трудности в сфере внешнеэкономических связей и укрепит позиции нашей страны на мировых рынках.
The article examines the peculiarities of the development of foreign economic relations of the Russian Federation with the regions of the global South in the context of the transformation of the world economy. The change of the existing paradigm of the world economic system, due to the structural crisis of the world order as a whole, has determined the main vector of development of Russia's foreign relations. Today, the key partners for our country are various countries in Asia, Africa and Latin Caribbean America, which together form the global South. The large resource potential of the African continent, combined with the general low level of economic development of national economies, civilizational and cultural proximity to Latin American countries, as well as the ultra-dynamic development of Asian states together require a well-thought-out specific approach when building relations with each of the regions of the world majority. The author highlights the main directions of possible strengthening of cooperation with these regions, as well as the desire of other major world powers and integration associations to spread their influence and strengthen their positions in the markets of Asia, Africa and Latin Caribbean America. The article emphasizes that Russia's interaction with the countries of the world majority should develop on a mutually beneficial basis, taking into account the interests of partners. In conclusion, the author formulates the conclusion about the need to develop a strategy for the integrated development of foreign economic relations with the regions of the global South, which ultimately will allow the Russian Federation to overcome current difficulties in the field of foreign economic relations and strengthen our country's position in world markets.
