В рамках данной статьи исследуются вопросы цифровой трансформации инвестиционно-строительной сферы. Основным трендом в вопросах цифровизации и цифровой трансформации инвестиционно-строительной сферы является переход на цифровое строительство, то есть развитие практики применения технологий информационного моделирования для целей управления объектами капитального строительства на всем жизненном цикле. Целью данного исследования является разработка концептуальных основ организации управления предприятиями инвестиционно-строительной сферы в процессе внедрения технологий информационного моделирования. Объектом исследования являются предприятия инвестиционно-строительной сферы, находящиеся в процессе перехода от традиционных методов управления инвестиционно-строительными проектами к технологиям информационного моделирования. Предметом исследования является процессы управления предприятиями инвестиционно-строительной сферы в процессе внедрения технологий информационного моделирования. В результате исследования сформирована концептуальная модель организации управления предприятиями инвестиционно-строительной сферы в процессе цифровой трансформации их деятельности. Она состоит из шести блоков, последовательно раскрывающих этапы разработки подходов, методов и инструментов цифровой трансформации предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы в условиях перехода на цифровое строительство — аналитический, теоретический, методологический, методический, инструментальный и реализационный. Данная концептуальная модель в едином формате позволяет понять ход исследования и отличается учетом как специфики предприятий инвестиционно-строительной сферы и непосредственно процесса внедрения технологий информационного моделирования, так и учетом различий предприятий по масштабу и виду деятельности, что позволяет обозначить предложенный подход как объектно-адаптивный, то есть позволяющий адаптировать разрабатываемые подходы, методы и инструменты к особенностям различных групп объектов.
This article analyzes the issues of digital transformation of the investment and construction sphere. The main trend in the issues of digitalization and digital transformation of the investment and construction sphere is the transition to digital construction, that is, the development of the practice of applying building information modeling for the purposes of managing capital construction projects throughout their life cycle. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual framework for organizing the management of construction enterprises in the process of construction project. The object of the study is construction enterprises that are in the process of transition from traditional methods of managing investment and construction projects to the investment and construction sphere. The subject of the study is the processes of managing the construction enterprises in the process of implementing the investment and construction sphere. As a result of the study, a conceptual model of organizing the management of the construction enterprises in the process of digital transformation of their activities was formed. It consists of six blocks that consistently reveal the stages of development of approaches, methods and tools for digital transformation of investment and construction sphere enterprises in the context of the transition to digital construction — analytical, theoretical, methodological, methodical, instrumental and implementation. This conceptual model in a single format allows you to understand the course of the study and differs in taking into account both the specifics of the construction enterprises and the process of implementing the investment and construction sphere directly, and taking into account the differences in enterprises by scale and type of activity. This allows us to designate the proposed approach as object-adaptive, that is, allowing the developed approaches, methods and tools to be adapted to the characteristics of various groups of objects.
