Предпосылки исследования: Цели в области устойчивого развития Организации Объединенных Наций (ЦУР ООН) на период до 2030 года входят в число приоритетных для реализации направлений на евразийском пространстве. Внедрение достижений четвёртой промышленной революции в производственные процессы в Евразийском экономическом союзе (ЕАЭС) может способствовать реализации ЦУР. Поскольку промышленная кооперация является ключевым драйвером развития интеграционных процессов в ЕАЭС, переход к «зеленой» промышленности может также способствовать углублению интеграционных процессов и повышению конкурентоспособности товаров, производимых в странах Союза на мировых рынках. Цель исследования: анализ состояния обрабатывающей промышленности стран ЕАЭС в контексте достижения устойчивого и инновационного развития. Методы: в работе широко применяются дескриптивный и сравнительный методы анализа. Представлены классификации стран и отраслей по методологии Организации Объединённых Наций по промышленному развитию (ЮНИДО). Проанализированы успехи стран ЕАЭС на пути устойчивого промышленного развития на базе индекса достижения ЦУР-9, разработанного ЮНИДО. Результаты и новизна: Выявлены отрасли обрабатывающей промышленности стран ЕАЭС, обладающие сравнительными конкурентными преимуществами; оценён прогресс стран ЕАЭС в достижении ЦУР-9. Новизна исследования заключается в использовании комплексного подхода к рассмотрению проблематики исследования и обусловлена тем, что вопросы, касающиеся устойчивого и инновационного развития обрабатывающей промышленности и их влияния на развитие интеграционных процессов в ЕАЭС еще не освящались в научной литературе.
Background research: The United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 are among the priority areas for implementation in the Eurasian space. The introduction of the achievements of the fourth industrial revolution into the production processes in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) can contribute to the implementation of the SDGs. Since the industrial cooperation is a key driver of the development of integration processes in the EAEU, the transition to "green" industry can also contribute to the deepening of integration processes and improve the competitiveness of goods produced in the Union on the global markets. Purpose of the study: analysis of the situation in the manufacturing industry of the EAEU countries in the context of sustainable and innovative development. Methods: Descriptive and comparative methods of analysis are widely used in the research. The classification of countries and industries according to the methodology of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) is presented. The success of the EAEU countries on the way to sustainable industrial development on the basis of the index of achievement of SDG-9, developed by UNIDO, is analyzed. Results and novelty: The manufacturing industries of the EAEU countries with comparative competitive advantages have been identified; the progress of the EAEU countries in achieving SDG-9 has been assessed. The novelty of the study is the use of an integrated approach to the consideration of the research problems and is due to the fact that the issues related to sustainable and innovative development of the manufacturing industry and their impact on the development of integration processes in the EAEU have not yet been covered in the academic and scientific research.
