В статье рассматриваются проблемы применения принципов социально-ориентированного банкинга в современных условиях России. Автор раскрывает сущность и содержание социально-ориентированного банкинга, прослеживает предпосылки его возникновения и историю развития. Такой подход позволил выделить положительные стороны концепции социально-ориентированного банкинга для развития банковской деятельности в мире, в связи с чем эти преимущества легли в основу управления финансовыми потоками в западных странах посредством установления определенных стандартов банковской деятельности и подчинения их параметрам таксономии, которая должна предусматривать идентификацию и классификацию проводимой банками деятельности для оценки их результатов. Вместе с тем в статье показано, что в последнее время эта концепция стала использоваться для экономического давления на потенциальных конкурентов и наказания не соответствующих этим принципам компаний, поэтому ее можно рассматривать как новый инструмент развития капиталистической системы и дальнейшего продвижения глобализации. Для России в условиях санкционного давления применение многих принципов социально-ориентированного банкинга становится неактуально. В связи с чем в статье проведен анализ структуры социально-ориентированных принципов и выделены те из них, которые применять стране в настоящее время не выгодно, а также те, которые не утратили своей актуальности. На базе оценки социально-ориентированных принципов автор разработал модель социально-ориентированного банкинга, которая охватывает взаимосвязи участников банкинга, цели и средства их взаимодействия с банками, а также конечный результат целенаправленной деятельности. Данная модель может составить базу для формирования инфраструктуры социально-ориентированного банкинга в России.
The article deals with the problems of applying the principles of socially-oriented banking in modern conditions of Russia. The author reveals the essence and content of socially-oriented banking, traces the prerequisites for its emergence and the history of its development. This approach made it possible to highlight the positive aspects of the concept of socially-oriented banking for the development of banking activities in the world, and therefore these advantages formed the basis for managing financial flows in Western countries by establishing certain banking standards and subordinating them to the parameters of the taxonomy, which should provide for the identification and classification of activities carried out by banks to assess their results. At the same time, the article shows that recently this concept has been used to put economic pressure on potential competitors and punish companies that do not comply with these principles, so it can be considered as a new tool for the development of the capitalist system and further promotion of globalization. For Russia, under the conditions of sanctions pressure, the application of many principles of socially-oriented banking becomes irrelevant. In this connection, the article analyzes the structure of socially-oriented principles and highlights those that are currently not profitable for the country to apply, as well as those that have not lost their relevance. Based on the assessment of socially-oriented principles, the author has developed a model of socially-oriented banking, which covers the relationships of banking participants, the goals and means of their interaction with banks, as well as the final result of purposeful activity. This model can form the basis for the formation of a socially-oriented banking infrastructure in Russia.
