Ввод продовольственного эмбарго в 2014 году актуализировал наращивание внутреннего потенциала в аграрной и промышленной сферах с целью обеспечения внутренних потребностей в продовольствии за счет собственных резервов. В результате уже к 2018 году удалось достичь высокого уровня самообеспечения страны по ключевым направлениям, при этом одним из видов продовольствия, по которому по-прежнему сохраняется импортозависимость, является молоко и продукты его переработки. Это связано с тем, что политические преобразования и последующие ограничения высвободили место для отечественных производителей на внутреннем рынке, но низкая привлекательность данного направления для инвестиций способствовала тому, что возникший дефицит не был восполнен, а предложение сырья существенно снизилось и в конечном повлекло за собой рост цен на сырье, что стало угрозой для производителей молочной продукции. В ходе исследования проводится оценка финансовой устойчивости предприятий-лидеров молокоперерабатывающей промышленности России на основе десятки лидеров отрасли по размеру выручки в 2021 году. В рамках исследования проводится сравнение ситуации в 2021 году по сравнению с уровнем докризисного 2019 года. Выявлено, что даже в условиях усиления кризисных явлений в экономике предприятиям удалось сохранить деловую активность на базовом уровне, а в ряде случае — даже повысить оборачиваемость активов и сократить длительность операционного цикла. В качестве предприятия с наиболее благоприятной финансовой ситуацией в 2021 году можно выделить занимающее 6-ю позицию рейтинга ООО «Юговской КМП», вероятность наступления банкротства для которого оценена как низкая, в то время как в прочих предприятиях существует реальная угроза потери платежеспособности.
The introduction of the food embargo in 2014 actualized the building of domestic capacity in the agricultural and industrial sectors, in order to meet domestic food needs at the expense of its own reserves. As a result, by 2018, it was possible to achieve a high level of self-sufficiency of the country in key areas, while one of the types of food for which import dependence is still maintained is milk and its processed products. This is due to the fact that political transformations and subsequent restrictions freed up space for domestic producers in the domestic market, but the low attractiveness of this area for investment contributed to the fact that the resulting deficit was not filled, and the supply of raw materials decreased significantly and eventually led to an increase in raw material prices, which became a threat to dairy producers. In the course of the study, the financial stability of the leading enterprises of the dairy processing industry in Russia is assessed on the basis of dozens of industry leaders in terms of revenue in 2021. The study compares the situation in 2021 compared to the level of pre-crisis 2019. It was revealed that even in conditions of increasing crisis phenomena in the economy, enterprises managed to maintain business activity at a basic level, and in some cases even increase asset turnover and shorten the duration of the operating cycle. As an enterprise with the most favorable financial situation in 2021, it is possible to single out «Yugovskoi KMP» LLC, which occupies the 6th position in the rating, the probability of bankruptcy for which is estimated as low, while in other enterprises there is a real threat of loss of solvency.
