В статье рассматриваются вопросы изменения положения российских автомобилестроительных предприятий на международной арене, что было вызвано уходом с российских рынков иностранных компаний, с которыми они осуществляли сотрудничество. В связи с тем, что ряд комплектующих, используемых для нужд автомобильной промышленности, были импортными, остро встал вопрос поиска их замены на отечественных рынках. Основной целью настоящего исследования выступает описание текущего состояния автомобильной отрасли в России. На примере двух крупных российских автомобилестроительных предприятий, участвовавших в глобальных цепочках создания добавленной стоимости, были рассмотрены последствия выхода из них. Авторами анализировалась динамика прибыли после выхода из глобальных цепочек создания добавленной стоимости и мероприятия, которые были предприняты руководством предприятий. Было выявлено, что, преследуя одинаковые цели, две компании используют разные стратегии их реализации. Авторами проведено сравнение финансовых показателей на момент прекращения сотрудничества и спустя год после сего факта. Рассмотрев ситуации двух российских представителей автомобилестроительной отрасли, были сделаны выводы, что ситуация существенно сказалась на их финансовых результатах. Реализация политики импортозамещения и повышения уровня локализации позволяет получать положительные результаты, а выход на новые рынки сбыта способствует компенсации закрытых рынков для экспорта. Направлением для дальнейших исследований в рамках автомобилестроительной отрасли может служить последующая, более точная оценка эффективности реализуемых мероприятий. Направлением для исследования в рамках других отраслей является оценка применимости перечисленных механизмов для стабилизации деятельности в аналогичной ситуации.
The article deals with the changing position of Russian automobile manufacturing enterprises in the international arena, which was caused by the withdrawal from the Russian markets of foreign companies with which they cooperated. Due to the fact that a number of components used for the needs of the automotive industry were imported, the question of finding their replacement in the domestic markets became acute. The main objective of this study is to describe the current state of the automotive industry in Russia. Using the example of two large Russian automobile manufacturers that participated in global value chains, the authors analyzed the consequences of their exit from these chains. The authors analyzed the dynamics of profits after withdrawal from global value chains and the measures that were taken by the management of the enterprises. It was found that, pursuing the same goals, the two companies use different strategies for their realization. The authors compared the financial indicators at the time of termination of cooperation and one year after the fact. Having considered the situations of two Russian representatives of the automotive industry, it was concluded that the situation had a significant impact on their financial results. Implementation of the import substitution policy and increasing the level of localization allows obtaining positive results, and entering new markets helps to compensate for closed markets for exports. The direction for further research in the automotive industry can be further, more precise assessment of the effectiveness of the implemented measures. The direction for research in other industries is to assess the applicability of the above mechanisms to stabilize activities in a similar situation.
