Исследование является частью диссертационной работы Митенкова А.В. В своем исследовании автор ставит задачу выявить мультидисциплинарные связи данных понятий, обращая особое внимание на их эволюцию и преобразования под влиянием глобализации, технологического прогресса и изменений в общественном сознании. Исследование представлено в двух частях, что объясняется масштабностью и нетривиальностью самой темы, как с точки зрения теоретических подходов, так и с точки зрения реализуемой в управленческой мысли и практике России новой экономической модели и системы менеджмента промышленных предприятий. В первой части исследования автором рассматриваются различные научные подходы к указанным категориям. Вторая часть посвящена исследованию онтологических смыслов трансформации системы управления в условиях постоянных изменений. Исследование начинается с определения исторических корней и эволюции менеджмента как науки и практики управления, акцентируя внимание на переходе от классических теорий к постнеклассическим подходам, которые подчеркивают необходимость гибкости, адаптивности и интегративности в управлении. Анализируя категорию «система управления», автор делает акцент на сложности и многоуровневости современных организационных структур, требующих новых подходов к управлению, включая системно-динамические и цифровые методы. Итогом становится синтез структуры компонентов системы управления в контексте философии хозяйствования в соотношении с категориями классического менеджмента. В заключении автор подводит итоги анализа, обозначая ключевые тренды и вызовы, стоящие перед современным менеджментом и системами управления. Данное исследование предлагает комплексный взгляд на трансформацию управленческих практик через призму философских категорий, подчеркивая значимость междисциплинарного подхода в изучении и применении управленческих инноваций. В данной статье термины «менеджмент» и «управление» употребляются автором как синонимы.
The research is part of the dissertation work of Mitenkov A.V. In his research, the author sets the task of identifying the multidisciplinary connections of these concepts, paying special attention to their evolution and transformation under the influence of globalization, technological progress and changes in public consciousness. The study is presented in two parts, which is explained by the scale and non-trivial nature of the topic itself, both from the point of view of theoretical approaches and from the point of view of the new economic model and management system of industrial enterprises implemented in management thought and practice in Russia. In the first part of the study, the author examines various scientific approaches to these categories. The second part is devoted to the study of the ontological meanings of the transformation of the management system in conditions of constant change. The study begins by identifying the historical roots and evolution of management as a science and management practice, focusing on the transition from classical theories to post-non-classical approaches that emphasize the need for flexibility, adaptability and integrativeness in management. Analyzing the category «management system», the author focuses on the complexity and multi-level nature of modern organizational structures that require new approaches to management, including system-dynamic and digital methods. The result is a synthesis of the structure of the components of the management system in the context of the philosophy of management in relation to the categories of classical management. In conclusion, the author summarizes the results of the analysis, identifying the key trends and challenges facing modern management and management systems. This study offers a comprehensive view of the transformation of management practices through the prism of philosophical categories, emphasizing the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the study and application of management innovations. In this article, the terms «management» and «management» are used by the author as synonyms.
