Методология экономического развития промышленных предприятий и составляющие ее элементы, их понимание и интерпретация имеют важное значение для конкурентоспособности отечественного народного хозяйства. На основе рассмотренных в статье понятий "методология", "развитие", "экономическое развитие", "экономическое развитие промышленных предприятий" предложено следующее авторское определение: "методология экономического развития промышленных предприятий — это совокупность взаимосвязанных, логически структурированных методов и средств деятельности, направленной на постепенные качественные и структурные изменения внутренней среды промышленного предприятия под влиянием динамичной внешней среды с целью обеспечения конкурентоспособности самого предприятия и его продукции, удовлетворения потребностей рынка и максимизации результатов хозяйственной деятельности". Основой обеспечения экономического развития промышленного предприятия является подход к организации его деятельности, определяющий способы изменения внутренней среды предприятия под влиянием внешней среды. Рассмотрены следующие подходы: рационалистический, интеграционный, ситуационный, системный, количественный, комплексный, нормативный, структурный, целевой, программно-целевой, адаптивный, риск-ориентированный, архитектурный, адаптивно-технологический, процессный, функциональный, синергетический, маркетинговый. Для наиболее эффективного развития предприятия подход к организации его деятельности должен наиболее полно соответствовать свойствам систем. Все указанные выше подходы и их предметы изучения были проанализированы на степень соответствия следующим свойствам систем: целостность; наличие связей между элементами системы; иерархичность; структурированность; взаимная зависимость системы и окружающей её среды; ограниченность от внешней среды; множественность описания. На основе проведенного анализа сделан вывод, что функциональный, процессный и архитектурный подходы являются основой организации деятельности промышленного предприятия как системы.
The methodology of economic development of industrial enterprises and its constituent elements, their understanding and interpretation are important for the competitiveness of the national economy. Based on the concepts of "methodology", "development", "economic development", "economic development of industrial enterprises" considered in the article, the following author's definition is proposed: "the methodology of economic development of industrial enterprises is a set of interrelated, logically structured methods and means of activity aimed at gradual qualitative and structural changes in the internal environment of an industrial enterprise under the influence of a dynamic external environment in order to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise itself and its products, meet the needs of the market and maximize the results of economic activity". The basic element of ensuring the economic development of an industrial enterprise is an approach to organizing its activities, which determines the ways of changing the internal environment of the enterprise under the influence of the external environment. The following approaches are considered: rationalistic, integration, situational, systemic, quantitative, complex, normative, structural, target, program-targeted, adaptive, risk-oriented, architectural, adaptive-technological, process, functional, synergetic, marketing. For the most effective management of an enterprise, the approach to organizing its activities should most fully correspond to the properties of systems. All of the above approaches and their subjects of study were analyzed for the degree of compliance with the following properties of systems: integrity; the presence of links between the elements of the system; hierarchy; structuredness; mutual dependence of the system and its environment; limitation from the external environment; multiple descriptions. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that functional, process and architectural approaches are the basis for managing an industrial enterprise as a system.
