Актуальность выбранной темы связана с нарастанием социально-экономической напряженности в регионах, что влияет на рост межрегиональной дифференциации в целом. Особое внимание автор уделяет анализу диспропорций в развитии Самарского региона по показателям качества жизни населения, экономическим, демографическим критериям. Чем выше диспропорции внутрирегионального развития, тем выше дифференциация между регионами. Проблема достаточно обширная, сложная, требует комплексного подхода и пошагового анализа показателей социально-экономического развития территорий. Автором отмечено, что задачи по снижению диспропорций социально-экономического развития населения включены в Стратегию социально-экономического развития Самарской области. Разработанный комплекс мероприятий направлен на снижение уровня дифференциации населения, рост качества социального обслуживания и предоставляемых услуг, достижение устойчивого развития региона. В статье автором проводится статистический анализ динамики ключевых параметров социально-экономической жизни региона, что позволяет выявить диспропорции развития регионального развития, создающие угрозы и возможности. Объектом исследования выбран Самарский регион, занимающий лидирующие позиции по стратегическим показателям, таким как валовый региональный продукт, уровень развития промышленности, уровень занятости и безработицы, уровень инвестиционной привлекательности и т. д. Предмет исследования — факторы, влияющие на усиление диспропорций социально-экономического развития региона в современных условиях. В качестве основного вывода автором отмечено, что выявленные диспропорции оказывают деструктивное влияние на социально-экономическое развитие региона. Ежегодный мониторинг и выявление диспропорций позволит проводить эффективную региональную политику, направленную на улучшение качества жизни населения, рост и развитие инфраструктуры региона, благоприятного климата для создания новых рабочих мест.
The relevance of the chosen topic is associated with an increase in socio-economic tension in the regions, which generally affects the growth of interregional differentiation. The author pays special attention to the analysis of disparities in the Samara region development in terms of the population life quality, economic and demographic criteria. The higher the imbalances of intraregional development, the higher the differentiation between regions. The problem is quite extensive, complex, requires an integrated approach and step-by-step analysis of indicators of socio-economic development of territories. The author noted that the tasks to reduce the imbalances in the socio-economic development of the population are included in the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Samara region. The developed set of measures is aimed at reducing the level of differentiation of the population, increasing the quality of social services and services provided, achieving sustainable development of the region. In the article, the author conducts a statistical analysis of the dynamics of key parameters of the socio-economic life of the region, which makes it possible to identify imbalances in the development of regional development that create threats and opportunities. The object of the study was the Samara region, which occupies leading positions in strategic indicators, such as gross regional product, industrial development level, employment and unemployment level, investment attractiveness level, etc. The subject of the study is factors affecting the increase in the imbalances of the socio-economic development of the region in modern conditions. As the main conclusion, the author noted that the identified imbalances have a destructive effect on the socio-economic development of the region. Annual monitoring and identification of imbalances will allow for effective regional policies aimed at improving the quality of life of the population, the growth and development of the region's infrastructure, and a favorable climate for creating new jobs.
