В статье авторами проведен анализ рисков, с которыми сталкиваются российские эксплуатирующие энергетические компании в свете санкционной политики и ухода всех крупных иностранных сервисных организаций с российского рынка. Показаны пути развития энергетической отрасли в отсутствии поставок импортных деталей для ремонта и замены. Обозначены потребности в кооперации российских сервисных компаний с научными институтами отрасли для повышения компетенций и качества ремонтных работ зарубежных газотурбинных установок. Авторами проанализирован подход к обслуживанию горелочных устройств (ГУ) малоэмиссионных камер сгорания (МЭКС) зарубежных сервисных компаний передовых производителей энергетических газотурбинных установок (ГТУ) активно эксплуатирующихся в России. Рассмотрены этапы сервисного обслуживания горелочных устройств, включающие снятие расходных характеристик топливных каналов, проведения ультразвуковой очистки, неразрушающего контроля и др. для продления ресурса работы и обеспечения надежности. Показаны наиболее вероятные причины, возникающих дефектов в период эксплуатации горелочных устройств (ГУ) и способы их устранения. Продемонстрирована связь между надежной, безаварийной работой ГТУ и качеством проведенного сервисного обслуживания горелок. Авторы, на примере работ, проводимых отечественной сервисной компанией ООО «ЭНПРОС» показывают необходимость проведения: мониторинга параметров, отражающих состояние горелок, диагностики, профилактических и восстановительных работ в периоды плановых инспекций. Продемонстрированы наиболее сложные проблемы, возникающие из-за малой доступности к большому количеству узлов/компонентов. Отмечено, что основные компоненты газовой турбины имеют ограниченный срок службы по сравнению со сроком службы установки, что приводит к необходимости принятия решений эксплуатирующими организациями относительно замены компонентов или их ремонта. Продемонстрировано, что технологии восстановления компонентов газовой турбины при техническом обслуживании способны минимизировать затраты эксплуатирующих организаций.
In the article, the authors analyzed the risks faced by Russian operating energy companies in the light of the sanctions policy and the withdrawal of all large foreign service organizations from the Russian market. The ways of development of the energy industry in the absence of supplies of imported parts for repair and replacement are shown. The needs for cooperation between Russian service companies and scientific institutes in the industry are identified to improve the competencies and quality of repair work on foreign gas turbine units. The authors analyzed the approach to servicing burner devices (BD) of low-emission combustion chambers (MEC) of foreign service companies of leading manufacturers of power gas turbine units (GTU) actively operating in Russia. The stages of service maintenance of burner devices are considered, including reading the flow characteristics of fuel channels, ultrasonic cleaning, non-destructive testing, etc. to extend the service life and ensure reliability. The most probable causes of defects that arise during the operation of burner devices (BD) and methods for their elimination are shown. A connection has been demonstrated between the reliable, trouble-free operation of the gas turbine unit and the quality of the burner maintenance performed. The authors, using the example of research work carried out by the domestic service company ENPROS LLC, show ways to assess the degree of degradation of burner devices, for example, by monitoring the flow characteristics of fuel channels and the temperature field behind the turbine. The most complex problems arising due to low accessibility to a large number of nodes/components are demonstrated. It is noted that the main components of a gas turbine have a limited service life compared to the service life of the installation, which leads to the need for operating organizations to make decisions regarding the replacement of components or their repair. It has been demonstrated that technologies for restoring gas turbine components during maintenance can minimize the costs of operating organizations.
