Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена тем, что любое промышленное предприятие должно иметь мотивацию для участия в межрегиональной промышленной кооперации. Для вовлечения в кооперационную систему и формирования устойчивых хозяйственных связей между участниками и заинтересованными сторонами, должны учитываться важные и привлекательные совокупности факторов, способствующих участию во взаимодействии. Элементы научной новизны содержатся в сформированных научно-методических условиях и разработке организационно-экономического механизма для практического применения в управлении межрегиональной промышленной кооперацией. В статье обобщены приоритетные интеграционные мотивы в рамках синергетической теории, позволяющие повысить размер эффектов кооперационной системы для всех заинтересованных сторон, например, принимая форму повышения доходов и экономии затрат. Конкретизированы интеграционные мотивы в рамках синергетической теории. Проведен анализ влияния факторов внешней среды на мотивацию предприятий к интеграционным объединениям. Предложена авторская методика многопараметрической оценки кооперационного потенциала промышленного предприятия для привлечения предприятий в межрегиональную промышленную кооперацию возможными различными вариантами его участия. Представлена взаимосвязь элементов механизма вовлечения предприятий в межрегиональную промышленную кооперацию. Сделан вывод о том, что всесторонний комплексный анализ основных элементов организационно-экономических рычагов, а также параметров деятельности предприятия позволяют оценить его кооперационный потенциал, являются основными элементами механизма вовлечения этого предприятия в межрегиональную промышленную кооперацию.
The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that any industrial enterprise should be motivated to participate in interregional industrial cooperation. In order to be involved in the cooperative system and to form stable economic ties between participants and stakeholders, important and attractive sets of factors that contribute to participation in interaction should be taken into account. The elements of scientific novelty are contained in the formed scientific and methodological conditions and the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for practical application in the management of interregional industrial cooperation. The article summarizes the priority integration motives within the framework of the synergetic theory, allowing to increase the size of the effects of the cooperative system for all interested parties, for example, taking the form of increased income and cost savings. Integration motives are concretized within the framework of synergetic theory. The analysis of the influence of environmental factors on the motivation of enterprises to integration associations is carried out. The author's method of multiparametric assessment of the cooperative potential of an industrial enterprise for attracting enterprises to interregional industrial cooperation with possible different options for its participation is proposed. The interrelation of the elements of the mechanism of involvement of enterprises in interregional industrial cooperation is presented. It is concluded that a comprehensive comprehensive analysis of the main elements of organizational and economic levers, as well as the parameters of the enterprise's activity, allow us to assess its cooperative potential, are the main elements of the mechanism for involving this enterprise in interregional industrial cooperation.
