<abstract xml:lang="ru">

In the winter season, there is an increase in injuries and traffic accidents due to the occurrence of ice and ice run on paved roads. Cleaning road surfaces from rolling includes two technological operations: its destruction and transportation of the formed fragments. The main process that determines the cleaning performance is the cutting process, i.e. separation of fragments of rolling from the road surface with a cutting tool of special machines. The aim of the work is to simulate the process of destruction of ice run under the influence of the device developed by the authors. Modeling the destruction of ice run-up is a rather complex and non-trivial task. The updated Lagrange model implemented in a modern software package is used. As a result, an algorithm was developed based on a numerical model implemented in the ANSYS software package to determine the stress-strain state of ice run-up from the introduction of disk knives into it. An analysis of the stress-strain state of the run-up shows that the largest movements of the run-up particles occur along the contour (perimeter) of the disks and on the surface of the coating. The highest equivalent stresses are observed along the contour of the disks (perimeter). The middle part of the disk (approaching the center) practically does not participate in the operation of the device. The largest movement of run-up particles occurs along the contour of the disk, while at the edges they are almost zero. Also in the work, elastic and shear deformations, normal and tangential stresses arising in the run-up at its different thickness and speed of the device are determined. The optimal speed of movement and the thickness of the rolling layer are revealed, at which the destructive effect is most characteristic.
