В данной статье проведен анализ состояния и определения тенденций развития российского нефтегазового комплекса в современных условиях. Анализ состояния нефтегазового комплекса показал, что данный сектор экономики сталкивается с санкционным давлением, которое проявляется в создании барьеров для привлечения финансирования и невозможности импорта ключевых технологических решений. Также в отрасли наблюдается процесс перемещения процесса добычи в труднодоступные регионы, что приводит к повышению себестоимости добычи, росту затрат на транспортировку нефти и газа к конечному потребителю. Выявлено, что на состояние нефтегазовой отрасли оказывают одновременно такие факторы, как цена на нефть и себестоимость добычи и транспортировки, а также открытость внешних рынков для продукции сектора. Показано, что экономическая политика Западных стран, нацеленная на сокращение потребности в углеводородах, проявляется в замедлении темпов роста спроса нефть и газ, а также в снижении цен на энергоресурсы. Проведенный анализ тенденций показал, что перспективы развития российской нефтегазовой отрасли в среднесрочной перспективе зависят от способности компаний продолжать производство, а также от возможностей размещения инвестиций в добычу углеводородов и создания необходимой транспортной инфраструктуры. Также перспективным направлением развития выступает диверсификация основных производственных активов, которая должна производиться в ответ на меняющуюся глобальную энергетическую политику. Нефтегазовым компаниям целесообразно инвестировать в возобновляемые источники энергии и производство электроэнергии с нулевым уровнем выбросов.
This article analyzes the state and determines the development trends of the Russian oil and gas complex in modern conditions. An analysis of the state of the oil and gas complex showed that this sector of the economy is facing sanctions pressure, which manifests itself in the creation of barriers to attract financing and the impossibility of importing key technological solutions. Also in the industry, there is a process of moving the production process to hard-to-reach regions, which leads to an increase in the cost of production, an increase in the cost of transporting oil and gas to the end consumer. It was revealed that the state of the oil and gas industry is simultaneously influenced by such factors as the price of oil and the cost of production and transportation, as well as the openness of foreign markets for the products of the sector. It is shown that the economic policy of Western countries, aimed at reducing the need for hydrocarbons, is manifested in a slowdown in the growth of oil and gas demand, as well as in a decrease in energy prices. The analysis of trends showed that the prospects for the development of the Russian oil and gas industry in the medium term depend on the ability of companies to continue production, as well as on the ability to invest in hydrocarbon production and create the necessary transport infrastructure. Also a promising direction of development is the diversification of the main production assets, which should be carried out in response to the changing global energy policy. It makes sense for oil and gas companies to invest in renewable energy and zero-emission electricity generation.
