Автор подчеркивает первостепенную роль развития детско-юношеского спорта в формировании государственной стратегии развития физической культуры и спорта. Выявлено, что Министерство спорта Российской Федерации стремится создать благоприятную среду для спортивных школ и клубов, организуя зажигательные соревнования среди молодежи и неуклонно содействуя развитию молодых спортсменов в их профессиональной деятельности. С точки зрения автора, внедрение спорта в образовательную среду является одним из важнейших направлений деятельности Министерства спорта Российской Федерации. Разработка индивидуальных образовательных программ в области физической культуры и спорта подразумевает формирование специализированных учебных планов, подготовку инструкторов и тренеров высокого уровня, а также создание спортивных школ и университетов. Все эти усилия направлены на повышение спортивной культуры и уровня спортивного образования. В заключительной части подчеркивается важнейшая роль государственной политики в области физической культуры и молодежного спорта, проводимой Министерством спорта Российской Федерации. The author emphasizes the primary role of the development of children's and youth sports in the formation of the state strategy for the development of physical culture and sports. It has been revealed that the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation strives to create a favorable environment for sports schools and clubs, organizing exciting competitions among youth and steadily promoting the development of young athletes in their professional activities. Considerable importance is attached not only to physical progress, but also to the social assimilation of young people through the field of sports. From the author’s point of view, the introduction of sports into the educational environment is one of the most important areas of activity of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. The development of individual educational programs in the field of physical culture and sports involves the formation of specialized curricula, the training of high-level instructors and coaches, as well as the creation of sports schools and universities. All these efforts are aimed at improving sports culture and the level of sports education.
