В работе представлены элементы развития теории управления цифровой трансформацией высокотехнологичных промышленных предприятий. Основной фокус сделан на выборе целевой модели трансформации на основе одной из идеологических концепций и на стратегическом планировании путей ее достижения в практических программах проектов по внедрению инноваций. В работе поставлена и решена научная задача о рассмотрении направлений развития теории управления цифровой трансформацией высокотехнологичных промышленных предприятий с учетом «догоняющего» характера современной российской экономики. Авторы подчеркивают неизбежность цифровой трансформации для предприятий всех высокотехнологичных отраслей, но указывают на необходимость точного стратегического планирования, постоянного управления своевременными изменениями и учета опыта предыдущих отраслевых трансформаций. При этом в основу развития теории управления цифровой трансформации помещены поиски перспективных конкурентных преимуществ мирового уровня и их обретение в ходе реализации основных идей из концепций «Индустрия 4.0» и «Индустрия 5.0». В работе показана многоаспектность цифровой трансформации промышленного предприятия с учетом необходимости развития не только технологических процессов, но также объектов материального мира — цехов, зданий, коммуникационных сетей и даже соответствующих территорий расположения. В исследовании аргументирован вывод о целесообразности проведения цифровой трансформации прежде всего для высокотехнологичных сегментов гражданского промышленного комплекса, при этом отдача инвестиций в данном направлении является максимальной для общей цифровизации экономики.
The paper presents elements of development of the theory of management of digital transformation of high-tech industrial enterprises. The main focus is on the selection of the target transformation model based on one of the ideological concepts and on strategic planning of ways to achieve it in practical programs of projects for the implementation of innovations. The paper sets and solves a scientific problem of considering the directions of development of the theory of management of digital transformation of high-tech industrial enterprises, taking into account the «catch-up» nature of the modern Russian economy. The authors emphasize the inevitability of digital transformation for enterprises in all high-tech industries, but point out the need for precise strategic planning, continuous management of timely changes, and taking into account the experience of previous industry transformations. At the same time, the development of the theory of digital transformation management is based on the search for promising competitive advantages of the world level and their acquisition in the course of implementing the main ideas from the concepts of «Industry 4.0» and «Industry 5.0». The paper shows the multifaceted nature of the digital transformation of an industrial enterprise, taking into account the need to develop not only technological processes, but also objects of the material world — workshops, buildings, communication networks and even the corresponding territories of location. The study substantiates the conclusion about the advisability of carrying out digital transformation primarily for high-tech segments of the civil industrial complex, while the return on investment in this area is maximum for the overall digitalization of the economy.
