В рамках данной публикации исследуется вопрос, связанный с рассмотрением особенностей управления финансами субъектов малого бизнеса. Автор подчеркивает, что финансовая деятельность преследует цель образования первоначального капитала компании и дальнейшее обоснованное формирования и использования финансовых ресурсов фирмы, а также создание необходимых условий для выполнения обязательств перед государством, поставщиками и покупателями. Финансовая устойчивость компании обеспечивается благодаря достижению оптимального соотношения между собственными и заемными средствами. В статье рассмотрена классификация финансовых ресурсов по праву собственности. Кроме того, приведены основные нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие осуществление управления финансами. Управление финансовой деятельностью подразумевает под собой непосредственную организацию управления финансами компании. Автор утверждает, что в процессе достижении оптимального финансового результат организация в основном нацелена на максимизацию объемов получаемой прибыли. В статье перечислены основные задачи финансовой деятельности компании, а также изучены основные функции финансов. При этом автор подчеркивает, что успешное функционирование малого бизнеса неосуществимо без знания современных методов управления финансовыми ресурсами, организация должна знать о последних экономических достижениях, а также важно понимать, как и откуда можно привлекать капитал, каким образом рационально его распределить. Помимо этого, компанией осуществляется контроль и за управлением структурой капитала, которое заключается в оптимизации, направленной на максимизацию рыночной стоимости организации на базе минимизации стоимости капитала при условии обеспечения допустимого уровня финансового риска. В заключительной части статьи автор формулирует вывод относительно особенностей управления финансами субъектов малого бизнеса.
Within the framework of this publication, the issue related to the consideration of the features of financial management of small businesses is investigated. The author emphasizes that financial activity is aimed at the formation of the initial capital of the company and the further reasonable formation and use of the financial resources of the company, as well as the creation of the necessary conditions for fulfilling obligations to the state, suppliers and buyers. The financial stability of the company is ensured by achieving an optimal ratio between own and borrowed funds. The article considers the classification of financial resources by ownership. In addition, the main legal acts regulating the implementation of financial management are given. Financial management implies the direct organization of financial management of the company. The author argues that in the process of achieving the optimal financial result, the organization is mainly aimed at maximizing the amount of profit received. The article lists the main tasks of the financial activities of the company, and also studied the main functions of finance. At the same time, the author emphasizes that the successful functioning of a small business is not feasible without knowledge of modern methods of managing financial resources, the organization must be aware of the latest economic achievements, and it is also important to understand how and where to raise capital, how to distribute it rationally. In addition, the company also controls the management of the capital structure, which consists in optimization aimed at maximizing the market value of the organization on the basis of minimizing the cost of capital, subject to ensuring an acceptable level of financial risk. In the final part of the article, the author formulates a conclusion regarding the features of financial management of small businesses.
