Выход Китая на траекторию устойчивого развития согласно новой концепции, принятой 20 съездом КП КПК, а также проведение суверенной политики на внешнем и внутреннем контурах — все это вызывает со стороны западных стран, с одной стороны, недобрую зависть, а с другой стороны — неприятие и поиск выдуманных негативов в общественном развитии Китая. В статье рассматривается реализация инициативы ОПОП в контексте повышения социально-экономической устойчивости развития стран-участниц инициативы, повышения благосостояния населения и де-факто перехода к формированию общества единой судьбы на континенте; отражена инвестиционная активность КНР в рамках ОПОП, в т. ч. с учетом корректировки национальной стратегии Китая в реализации инициативы, снижения рисков и решения задач экономического развития; проанализирован рост экономического развития Синьцзян-уйгурского региона, в т. ч. рост уровня жизни населения и активизации социальной политики в городах региона; отмечена приоритетная значимость этого региона для инициативы ОПОП, и собственно города Кашгара, как транспортно-логистического хаба, при этом активно развивающего конкурентноспособную промышленность и решающего проблему продовольственной безопасности; отмечено усиление конкурентного противостояния со стороны западных стран инициативе ОПОП , в т. ч. путем фальсификации реальных успехов инициативы, и предложения нового коридора из Индии в Европу на основе преимущественно частных инвестиций; доказано, что вводимые со стороны западных стран санкции, в т. ч. связанные с Синьцзян-уйгурским регионом, по отношению Китаю являются инструментом сдерживания развития страны и одновременно реакцией на успехи социально-экономической политики Китая, недостижимые в современных условиях в развитых странах; в заключении сделаны соответствующие выводы. Было отмечено, что в 2023 году исполняется 10 лет инициативе «Один пояс, один путь», которая в течение всего периода реализации продолжает оставаться катализатором всестороннего развития.
China's entry into the trajectory of sustainable development according to the new concept adopted by the 20th Congress of the CPC Communist Party, as well as the conduct of a sovereign policy on the external and internal contours — all this causes, on the one hand, unkind envy on the part of Western countries, and on the other hand, rejection and search for fictional negatives in China's social development. The article discusses the implementation of the OBOP initiative in the context of increasing the socio-economic sustainability of the development of the participating countries of the initiative, improving the welfare of the population and de facto transition to the formation of a society of a single destiny on the continent; The investment activity of the People's Republic of China within the framework of the OBOP is reflected, including taking into account the adjustment of China's national strategy in implementing the initiative, reducing risks and solving economic development problems; the growth of economic development of the Xinjiang Uygur region, including the growth of the standard of living of the population and the activation of social policy in the cities of the region is analyzed.; the priority importance of this region for the OBOP initiative, and the city of Kashgar itself, as a transport and logistics hub, while actively developing a competitive industry and solving the problem of food security, was noted; the strengthening of competitive opposition from Western countries to the OBOP initiative, including by falsifying the real success of the initiative, and the proposal of a new corridor from India to Europe was noted. based mainly on private investments; it is proved that the sanctions imposed by Western countries, including related to the Xinjiang Uygur region, in relation to China, they are an instrument of restraining the development of the country and at the same time a reaction to the successes of China's socio-economic policy, unattainable in modern conditions in developed countries; in conclusion, the relevant conclusions are drawn. It was noted that 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the «One Belt, One Road» initiative, which continues to be a catalyst for comprehensive development throughout the implementation period.
