Динамичное развитие отечественной отрасли информационных технологий и появление большого количества организаций предопределило необходимость проведения оценки уровня развития организаций сектора как в целях текущей диагностики, так и в целях оценки перспектив развития. Анализ фундаментальных и прикладных исследований показал, что в настоящее время не существует готового комплексного подхода к исследованию развития организаций отрасли, отсутствует методическая основа, которая бы учитывала во взаимосвязи все аспекты развития организации, влияние факторов внешней среды и давала бы возможность провести оценку развития организации и вывести единый агрегирующий показатель, который послужил бы основой для бенчмаркинга организации в отрасли и формирования комплекса задач развития. В данном исследовании автор предлагает методический подход к исследованию развития организаций сферы информационных технологий, основанный на комбинации факторов внутренней операционной эффективности, способности к изменениям и инновациям и финансово-экономических факторов деятельности организации; а также комплексном анализе факторов внешней среды. Подход нацелен на проведение комплексной оценки текущего уровня развития организации и определение способов его повышения. Анализ существующих исследований показал, что в настоящий момент специалистами не предложено универсального способа комплексной оценки развития организаций сектора информационных технологий. Данная статья направлена на широкий круг специалистов в области устойчивого развития отечественных организаций различных отраслей экономики, а также экспертов отрасли информационных технологий, решающих практические вопросы формирования стратегии организаций и соответствующего комплекса задач операционного управления.
The dynamic development of the domestic information technology industry and the emergence of a large number of organizations have necessitated an assessment of the sector's level of development, both for ongoing diagnostics and to assess development prospects. An analysis of fundamental and applied research has revealed that there is currently no comprehensive approach to studying the development of organizations in the industry. A methodological framework that would take into account all aspects of organizational development, the impact of external environmental factors, and enable an assessment of organizational development and the development of a single aggregate indicator that would serve as the basis for benchmarking the organization within the industry and formulating a set of development objectives is lacking. In this study, the author proposes a methodological approach to the sustainable development of information technology organizations based on a combination of factors such as internal operational efficiency, the ability to change and innovate, and the financial and economic factors of the organization's activities, as well as a comprehensive analysis of external environmental factors. The approach aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current level of development of an organization and identify ways to improve this level. The analysis of research has shown that there is currently no single method for comprehensively assessing the development of organizations in the information technology sector. This article is aimed at a wide range of scientists involved in the issues of sustainable development of domestic organizations in various sectors of the economy, as well as experts in the information technology industry who solve practical issues of forming the strategy of organizations and the corresponding set of operational management tasks.
