В материалах представленной статьи автором размещены результаты структуризации системы финансовых показателей по двухэтапному алгоритму в целях устойчивого развития потребительской кооперации. Показана роль Центросоюза Российской Федерации в развитии кооперативного движения в регионах, в том числе Сибирском Федеральном округе (далее СФО). Автором представлены сведения о доле участия организаций потребительской кооперации СФО системы Центросоюза РФ в показателях деятельности Центросоюза РФ в 2016–2022 гг. и о количестве пайщиков и хозяйствующих субъектов потребительской кооперации Центросоюза РФ в СФО в 2016–2022 гг. В современных условиях устойчивого развития, организации потребительской кооперации выступают как сложная многоотраслевая система, являясь одновременно одной из форм социальной защиты населения и относящейся к сфере услуг. В настоящее время, финансовое состояние потребительской кооперации недостаточно устойчиво, что обусловлено проблемами, влекущими преобразования в экономике страны. Для решения этих задач, автором предложен методический подход к диагностике финансового состояния организаций потребительской кооперацией, являющейся детерминантой устойчивого развития. Основные методы исследований: метод сравнения, метод группировки, метод средних величин, индексный метод, графический метод, метод табличного представления данных. Информационной базой послужили данные, представленные Центросоюзом Российской Федерации за 2019–2022 годы. Подтверждена гипотеза о том, что основополагающими характеристиками финансового состояния потребительской кооперации выступают финансовая устойчивость и платежеспособность, влияющие на устойчивое развитие потребительской кооперации. Основу методического подхода составили аналитические способы, основанные на структуризации и построении двухэтапного алгоритма математического моделирования. Предложенные в статье алгоритмы оценки финансового состояния одной из региональных организаций СФО, основанные на реально-условных данных, позволили раскрыть концепцию предложенной методики. В связи, с тем, что внутренняя управленческая отчетность региональной организации потребительской кооперации не является публичной, цифровые данные и расчеты приведены условно в целях раскрытия методики интегральной оценки. Приведенное исследование является основой для расчета инвестиционной привлекательности региональной организации потребительской кооперации как обобщенного показателя конкурентоспособности. Результаты могут быть использованы образовательными учреждениями системы потребительской кооперации в рамках изучения отраслевой экономики, а также экономическими службами системы потребительской кооперации в целях расчета показателей устойчивого развития.
The article is part of the author's dissertation research. In the materials of the presented article, the author presents the results of structuring the system of financial indicators according to a two-stage algorithm for the sustainable development of consumer cooperation. The role of the Central Union of the Russian Federation in the development of the cooperative movement in the regions, including the Siberian Federal District (hereinafter SFD), is shown. The author provides information on the share of participation of consumer cooperation organizations of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation in the performance indicators of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation in 2016–2022 and on the number of shareholders and business entities of consumer cooperation of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation in the Federal District in 2016–2022. In modern conditions of sustainable development, consumer cooperation organizations act as a complex multi-sectoral system, being at the same time one of the forms of social protection of the population and related to the service sector. Currently, the financial condition of consumer cooperatives is not stable enough, which is due to problems entailing transformations in the economy. To solve these problems, the author proposes a methodological approach to diagnosing the financial condition of organizations by consumer cooperation, which is a determinant of sustainable development. The main research methods are the comparison method, the grouping method, the method of averages, the index method, the graphical method, the method of tabular representation of data. The information base was the data provided by the Central Union of the Russian Federation for 2019–2022. The hypothesis is confirmed that the fundamental characteristics of the financial condition of consumer cooperation are financial stability and solvency, which affect the sustainable development of consumer cooperation. The methodological approach is based on analytical methods based on the structuring and construction of a two-stage mathematical modeling algorithm. The algorithms proposed in the article for assessing the financial condition of one of the regional organizations of the Siberian Federal District, based on real-conditional data, allowed us to reveal the concept of the proposed methodology. Due to the fact that the internal management reporting of the regional consumer cooperation organization is not public, digital data and calculations are provided conditionally in order to disclose the methodology of integrated assessment. The above research is the basis for calculating the investment attractiveness of a regional consumer cooperation organization as a generalized indicator of competitiveness. The results can be used by educational institutions of the consumer cooperation system in the framework of studying the sectoral economy, as well as by economic services of the consumer cooperation system in order to calculate indicators of sustainable development
